Emma & Jason's Wedding, Eastington Park
There was a little irony on Emma and Jasons wedding day. The brides bouquet was packed with sunflowers, the groom and his groomsmen all had blooming yellow sunflower button holes. But the English weather Gods did not read the script, to say it rained was an under statement. Apart from a ten minute period around 6pm it rained all day.
However the weather did not dampen spirits and it was a great day. For those of you not familiar with Eastington Park it is an 18th century country manor house on the edge of Stonehouse in Gloucetershire which you have exclusive use of on your wedding day.
Eastington is lovely, superb grounds and the staircase in the manor house is one of its main features. My personal favourite is the Bridal Suite, it is stunning, there is so much room. The main bedroom is huge and there is a seperate dressing area, great for the bride and her bridal party to get ready.
Below is a selection of Emma & Jason's pictures from their day. As you will see the weather did not hamper things too much. I love the bride & groom portaits here, I don't think you can tell they were taken in doorway to shelter from the pouring rain.
